Eating well can be a big challenge when you suffer from a chronic condition that leaves you feeling fatigued and unable to cook from scratch sometimes.  You might want to turn to a TV dinner type of meal. Thankfully, now there are some healthier options that people with special diet restrictions can purchase. Grandcestors makes Paleo meals that meet special diet restrictions. I have tried three of them so far and I was only disappointed with one. This time, my review is on Grumbo Paleo meal. This meal is full of flavor. They are making gumbo healthier. It wasn’t too spicy, but it still had a lot of flavor.

  • Chicken broth

  • Green bell peppers
  • Turkey Andoulle sausage

  • Coconut oil
  • Sea salt
  • Paprika

This was easy to cook and it was full of flavor and made a yummy lunch. I have enjoyed most of the meals that Grandcestors has made.
