How has Wellness Works NW responded to COVID-19?

Karen from Wellness Works NW is available to individuals and small groups

Karen is training people online, at your home or the park or gym of your choice. She is also able to train groups of 5 people or less while using proper social distancing guidelines.

Wellness Works NW has provided several tools to Karen to help keep track of our clients health stats.

  • Karen wears an oximeter that will show the oxygen saturation and pulse rate when used.
  • Karen has a bag dedicated to our clients that includes: touchless thermometer, disposable face masks, latex free gloves, hand sanitizer, alcohol swaps, blood pressure monitors in 2 sizes, and a stethoscope. We will continue to add to this collection items meant to protect your health and well-being.

What is a Wellness Plan?

A Wellness Plan is a dynamic document that addresses the needs and Wellness Goals that are personal to each individual. These needs and goals may include any of the 9 areas of Wellness: Physical Well-Being, Social, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, Environmental, Occupational, Intellectual & Financial Wellness.

What does Chronically Ill mean?

Chronic Illness is a disease that lasts 4 months or more. Chronic diseases generally cannot be prevented by vaccines or cured by medication, nor do they just disappear.

What is the best Meal Plan?

Meal Plans are individual to each person. The best meal plan depends on what issues you are facing and what food allergies you may have. Are you trying to lose or gain weight? Are you trying to build muscle? Do you have any chronic illnesses or inflammation issues? A good meal plan should be sustainable. If you need help with choosing a meal plan please Contact us.


What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you have to cancel your appointment please Contact Us, call or text 360-447-8061 as soon as you know this. 

Starting October 12, 2020 you will not be able to reschedule your missed appointments. If you can’t make your appointment in person, you may still use your time by having a phone consult or meeting with Karen online.

Karen is very busy and we need to help her be available to serve all her clients at her very best.

What are your prices?

  • Initial Consultation: FREE
  • Personal Training: $100 per month 
    (includes three 30 min sessions with Karen G Clemenson per week.
  • Weight Loss Management Counseling: $50 per month 
    (includes two 30 minute sessions, 1 BMI and 2 Weigh ins per month)
  • Additional Consultations: $30 each
  • Fitness Assessments: $75 each
  • BMI: $20 each
  • Weigh ins: $20

What are your hours of business?

Our hours of business are posted on our Contact page. However we will consider any reasonable time, to schedule an appointment, to best serve our clients.


Do you have a gym?

At this time Wellness Works NW does not have our own gym. Karen G Clemenson works as a private contractor at Forever Fit Gym, but Wellness Works NW does not own Forever Fit Gym.

Karen is available to serve you at:

  • The gym of your choice
  • Online Sessions
  • At your home
  • At appropriate public places
