The weather is getting better. You are getting better. We are all getting better. I am so excited about this.

I want to invite you to email me to talk with me about how you are getting better.

May is an interesting month because it is right in the middle of change. You might have just started exercising or you may have been doing this since March…which might seem like a lot time but remember our goal is a lifestyle change.

Nutrition is 70% of your wellness picture. You can’t eat at McDonald’s and “make up” for at the gym and see a lot of success. Macronutrients are very important: carbs, fats, proteins. If you are not thinking about your nutrition, how, what and when you are eating you are going to struggle a bit in your wellness path.

I want to encourage you to READ LABELS on food packages. This will help you become more aware of what is in the food you eat. It will help you make better choices so you can get better at your wellness journey.

Core exercise is very important. Sit ups and crunches are great. Today Karen is working on the stability ball to aid in doing her crunches.

…BTW Karen tends to call Jennifer Lopez “Jo-Lo” not because she wants to…she just forgets that people call her J-Lo…

Give Karen a call or text at 360-447-8061 today. She wants to help you create your wellness plan on your journey towards wellness!
