Are you thinking about baseball? I have always been a sports enthusiast! The first professional baseball team I saw was the Baltimore Orioles. It was amazing to watch the guys get ready for a game and see how fast they could throw the ball and slide into home!
 
There is something that is so exciting about watching college players because they have so much heart! We are still watching to see what is going to happen since we are in lockdown to protect us from COVID-19, but we are really hoping that the Cowlitz Black Bears are going to play this year.

When you work out I want you to work out like you are a professional because you are professional at being you. I want you to get excited about working out! The people around you might not understand your passion but you know what you have decided to do to be your best self.
 
Exercising makes you feel good. It makes you feel invigorated. Even if you are not a professional, you can pretend to be a pro and engage with your passion of being the best version of yourself. You’ve got to MOVE IT! MOVE IT!


Today we work a bit with free weights to work our shoulders and arms.
