Chronic Illness is something doesn’t go away: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Fibromyalgia and Arthritis are all examples. Many people will make their comeback after the onset of chronic illness at the gym. I want to help you create your own Personal Wellness Plan.

During this time of quarantine for COVID-19 you have two choices since you can’t go to the gym: You can sit there or you can get up and MOVE IT! MOVE IT! I understand that if your doctor has told you not to do certain exercises, we definitely want to respect that but if you need help creating an action plan that will work for you, I want to help you.

One piece of equipment you can have in your home is a stability ball. Stability balls are good for stretching and working your core. This is a great way to improve your balance.

Here is a link to an article that tells you how to choose the right balance ball for yourself: >>>Read Get On the Ball: Using an Exercise Ball
