I’m doing amazing! I know that is what we always want to feel. We often ask each other how we feel, but how often do we talk about how we think. Even though we are all stressed out by COVID-19, we can choose how we respond to that stress.
 
Some people get soft during stress. Some people get hard. Some people transform and these are the people that are choosing to be positive and do what they can, even in the less than ideal situation. Even though you might feel out of control, why don’t you make a choice to control what you can, yourself?

What happens when your workout gear is not available…lets try a few exercises that you can do, even without any gear. Today we are working our legs and our core.
