Moving “something” today is a good goal. It is important to move and to know what you can move and how is very important too. Our goal on top of that is to stretch for flexibility and stability, increase blood flow and decrease inflammation.

Today Karen does exercises with a chair. She also uses a Resistance Band.
 
Resistance Bands can be great for working specific muscle groups: Chest, Biceps and even Arthritic Joints are parts of our body that can be benefitted by using bands for exercise.
