What is the best Meal Plan?

Meal Plans are individual to each person. The best meal plan depends on what issues you are facing and what food allergies you may have. Are you trying to lose or gain weight? Are you trying to build muscle? Do you have any chronic illnesses or inflammation issues? A good meal plan should be sustainable. If you need help with choosing a meal plan please Contact us.

How much should I exercise?

The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of heart pumping activity per week (About 20 minutes every day). But what that looks like should be based on what your body is able to do and that should be based on factors that are personal to you. Contact Us today for a FREE initial consultation so we can help you create your Wellness Plan.

Will I get bulky if I lift weights?

Lifting weights can cause you to bulk up. If that is what you want, great. If that is not your goal, let us help you create a routine to help you maintain lean muscle growth, without the bulk. Contact us to help you reach your wellness goals.

Will weight training help with arthritis?
