The Gut Friendly Cookbook by Alana Scott is full of great ideas to help you to maintain your gut health. Not only does this cookbook have recipes for those affected by gluten but those who are careful of FODMAPs and allergy free recipes. With chronic illness you quickly discover that foods you used to love do not love you back and you have to find a way to live without them in your eating plan.

Gut health is the main ingredient on a healthy journey when one has an autoimmune disease such as, Crohns, Fibromyalgia, and Celiac Disease. Wellness Works NW has written several posts about gut health and the above diseases in case you want more information.

This post is about a recipe book to help you have better gut health. Eating the same things over and over again gets boring. I know I get bored, so I imagine that you get bored as well. Finding new foods to try and new ways to create yummy food out of your normal foods is key to having great success.

Our fearless leader Karen G Clemenson said in one of her videos on YouTube about eating well that it is 80 percent what you eat and ten percent how you move your body. That is so true.

If you would like a Wellness Plan, Karen and our team would be happy to guide you to a better eating plan to meet your goals. If you want to see Karen’s latest talk Subscribe to Wellness Works NW’s YouTube Channel.
