We do not have a set schedule but Karen works hard to make herself available every day. When you schedule a time with her please set a firm time & make sure to show up to your appointment. We appreciate your time & we want this to become Karen’s only job as much as you do.

Karen is our only personal trainer at this time. She has other jobs.

If you can’t make your appointment please let us know ASAP. We are not rescheduling appointments however you may still meet with Karen via phone, text or Zoom if you can not make your appointment in person.
