Personal Training

Do you need someone to cheer you on? Someone who is always positive and doesn’t forget the goal? Some people can manage their workout schedule without any help, but others require someone to help them remember why they chose to do 50 squats today and why they will do them again.

Karen enjoys NASM because she agrees that NASM has pioneered evidence-based health and fitness solutions that optimize physical performance and allow individuals to achieve a variety of fitness activity goals.

Karen loves being a Personal Trainer and she will train you at:
  • Forever Fit Gym
  • Your Favorite Gym

Custom Workouts

Although we have had requests for something generic we can’t do that. Each body is different and has its own needs. Since Karen’s clientele is made of all kinds of people, especially chronically ill, elderly and children, she is not willing to hand out any generic workout routines but she will meet with you and make a custom routine that works for you. Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments are a measuring tool to see where you are now. It is a mixture of questions and answers and physical tests that help us learn how to best, help you create a wellness plan.

By using software created to measure a proper BMI, Stamina Testing, Weight, Blood Pressure and Flexibility we have an accurate “jumping off point” that will help us define what you need to do to reach the goals you create.

In the end we have a Client Health Summary and Assessment that can be emailed to you or your medical team so we can all work together for your good.

Wellness Plans

The main bones of a Wellness Plan is a plan that works for you by being realistic, measurable and setting attainable goals. This is a General Wellness Plan created by asking questions and working on getting you used to working out. This plan works best for people who are just starting and also have some barriers to wellness that are not related to just diet and exercise.

A Comprehensive Wellness Plan is a more detailed Wellness Plan that starts with Fitness Assessments and includes regular counseling to gauge where you are and make the necessary changes to the plan as you come closer to goals.

Wellness Plans take in to account where you are now, personal details that are important for your wellness path, and where you want to go and how you want to get there. As necessary Wellness Plans can be revisited and modified to your needs.

Counseling

Karen is not al licensed counselor but she has had a lot of experience working with people in many types of situations, through her military history, sales and peer counseling background. She utilizes her ability to love people and listen carefully to help you reach your goals.

These meetings are confidential and the details discussed during these sessions are not provided beyond the confines of the relationship between you and Karen.
