Forever Fit’s Lifestyle Challenge lasts from September 5, 2016 until September 5, 2017. Each week contestants are given challenges to reach in order to establish and maintain habits that will encourage them on their path toward wellness.

Includes: 1 year of workout and nutrition tracking, weekly prizes and a grand prize of $3000.
